Reservations must include your full name and date of birth as listed on your passport. Incorrect information may result in denied boarding without compensation.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any updates to your contact information so we can communicate important trip details. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, and any necessary adjustments will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

After booking, you’ll receive an access code to download our group app, where you’ll get important trip updates and announcements. If you’re unable to download the app, let us know, and we’ll make sure you receive all updates via email.

You are responsible for ensuring your roommate, if applicable, makes timely payments.

If your roommate cancels, your room will be adjusted to the most appropriate occupancy, and you will be responsible for the revised room rate.

All guests must be 18 years or older to check in to the resort.

A passport and a credit card for incidentals are required at check-in.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with the resort, airline, and other travel partners.

If you select our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active. You may also pay in full at any time.

Late payments (more than 7 days past due) will incur a $10 late fee.

Payments not made within 14 days of the due date will result in auto-cancellation and loss of all monies paid.

Final payments not received by the due date will result in auto-cancellation and loss of all monies paid. The final payment date cannot be extended.
